Tom Is In Hospital!

Our beloved elderly friend has been hospitalised. Since encountering him on the streets recently, Tom has become a friend and a cherished member of the Refuge Network family. He is a perfect gentleman.

Last Saturday, he spent the afternoon with us at the outreach location. The powerbank we gave him for his phone had been stolen during the week.

Here is a picture of him sleeping on an improvised cardboard bed beside our food tables.

On Monday, he contacted me from the hospital with the sad news of his admission.

Please, join us to cheer him up and wish him a quick recovery. It would be great if you could send him a get well card, email or text message. We will forward all messages to him.
