Refuge Network In The News

We were honoured to welcome European cultural channel @arte.tv to our Central London hub for a documentary feature on the UK Government’s efforts to tackle rough sleeping.

@RNI’s Founder & Executive Director, Charles Gimoh, joined other stakeholders with the ARTE team to discuss the reality on London’s streets and what is urgently needed for lasting systemic change.

At Refuge Network International, we maintain the conviction - as expressed in all our recent media interviews - that short-term fixes are not enough. To create a true long-term impact, the UK must adopt a holistic framework inspired by proven systems like Finland’s Housing First model: combining stable, immediate housing with comprehensive, long-term personal and social support.

Thank you to ARTE TV for shining a light on this vital conversation and helping us amplify the voices of London’s most vulnerable.
